Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By creating a KMS Studio account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use KMS Studio.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your login details safe, and for the accuracy of the information you put into KMS Studio.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use KMS Studio to break the law or harm others.
• Don't try to break, scrape or overload the platform.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.

4. Payments and plans

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan from inside the app. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.

5. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. SMS and WhatsApp messaging

By providing a phone number — yours or your client's — you confirm you have permission to receive (or send on their behalf) transactional SMS and WhatsApp messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, receipts and review requests. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out. You are responsible for obtaining the consent required by your local laws before adding a client's number to KMS Studio.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep KMS Studio running reliably, but we provide the service “as is” without warranties. We're not liable for losses that aren't reasonably foreseeable.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using KMS Studio at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where possible.
