1. Who we are

KMS Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a software platform that helps business owners manage bookings, clients, payments and day-to-day operations. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, business name.
• Business data you put into KMS Studio: clients, bookings, services, staff, sales and notes.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP, basic usage events to improve the product.
• Payment data is handled by our payment partners. We never store full card numbers.

3. How we use it

To run your account, send transactional messages and receipts, improve the product, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with vetted service providers (hosting, payments, email, analytics) under contracts that require them to protect your information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies and local storage keep you signed in and remember preferences. On eligible public pages, the Meta Pixel shares page views, browser/device information, IP address and advertising cookies with Meta for advertising measurement and optimization. Private business, staff, customer, booking and payment pages are excluded. We do not enable customer matching, automatic form collection or server-side advertising uploads.

Where consent is required, including when your region cannot be determined, advertising is blocked until you accept. Elsewhere it is enabled unless you refuse or signal an applicable opt-out, including Global Privacy Control. Use Cookie settings on our Cookie policy page to reject or withdraw at any time. Choices take effect immediately across open tabs. We retain a device-local consent record with an anonymous visitor reference, decision time, region and the notice version/text, preserving acceptance evidence after withdrawal. Meta may process permitted data internationally under its own privacy policy.

6. SMS and WhatsApp messaging

When you or your clients provide a phone number, KMS Studio may send transactional SMS and WhatsApp messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, receipts and review requests. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP; opting out of transactional messages may affect booking notifications.

You can access, correct or delete your account data at any time from inside the app or by emailing support@isabi.app.
