KMS Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a software platform that helps business owners manage bookings, clients, payments and day-to-day operations. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, business name.
• Business data you put into KMS Studio: clients, bookings, services, staff, sales and notes.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP, basic usage events to improve the product.
• Payment data is handled by our payment partners. We never store full card numbers.

3. How we use it

To run your account, send transactional messages and receipts, improve the product, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with vetted service providers (hosting, payments, email, analytics) under contracts that require them to protect your information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of essential cookies and local storage items to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as sidebar state) and run basic analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. By using KMS Studio you consent to these essential cookies.

6. SMS and WhatsApp messaging

When you or your clients provide a phone number, KMS Studio may send transactional SMS and WhatsApp messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, receipts and review requests. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP; opting out of transactional messages may affect booking notifications.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your account data at any time from inside the app or by emailing support@isabi.app.
