Yes, anytime. If you upgrade, you're charged the difference. If you downgrade, your next billing cycle reflects the new price.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your 14 days of Grow finish and you either choose a plan or move to Solo — free, always. Nothing is charged automatically, and none of your work is deleted.
Is the monthly price really all I pay?
Yes. No setup fees. No per-booking fees. No hidden costs. One number, every month.
What if I have more than 3 staff on Grow?
Move to Studio. If you're not sure, message us — we'll help you pick the right plan honestly.
How does the Founding Business discount work?
Upgrade to a yearly plan within your first 7 days and you get 40% off that first year, while spots remain. It is applied automatically at checkout — no code. Renewals are at the normal yearly price, and monthly plans do not qualify.
Do you offer discounts for new businesses?
Yes. If your business is under 6 months old, message us on WhatsApp. We have a launch rate.
